These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to users who reactivate the Rauva Charged plan under the Charged Reactivation Campaign ("Campaign"). For the purposes of these Terms, an "Eligible User" means the holder of a previously closed or suspended Rauva account who has received this Campaign communication directly from Rauva and who submits a reactivation request by 30 September 2026. These Terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Rauva Technology entered into with the user, which remain fully applicable in all matters not expressly governed by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
Promoting Entity
This Campaign is promoted by Rauva Technology, Unipessoal Lda., a single-member private limited company, incorporated and existing under Portuguese law, registered with the Commercial Registry Office under the single registration number 516 903 519, with registered office at Rua do Centro Cultural, no. 45, 1700-006 Alvalade, Lisbon.
Campaign Description
The Charged Reactivation Campaign is directed at Eligible Users who receive this communication directly from Rauva. It offers the opportunity to reactivate a Charged plan account with 1 free month of the Business Toolkit (standard value: €8 + VAT) as a reactivation incentive.
Commercial Conditions
The standard price of the Charged plan is €8 + VAT per month
The promotional price is €0 for the 1st month following reactivation
The promotion applies to the first month only and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts currently in force
How to Participate
To benefit from this Campaign, the user must:
Complete and submit the form made available by Rauva by 30 September 2026
Await contact from the Rauva team to complete the account reactivation process
Duration and Renewal
The promotional benefit applies exclusively to the 1st month following reactivation. From the 2nd month onwards, the Charged plan renews automatically at the standard price of €8 + VAT per month, unless cancelled by the user in accordance with the Rauva Technology General Terms and Conditions.
Exclusions
The Campaign does not apply to:
Users who have not received this communication directly from Rauva
Requests submitted after 30 September 2026
Any plan other than the Charged plan
Situations where reactivation is not technically possible for reasons beyond Rauva's control
Limitation of Liability
Rauva reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Campaign at any time, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, without this giving rise to any right to compensation. The promotion is personal and non-transferable.
Personal Data
Personal data collected through the submission form will be processed by Rauva Technology, Unipessoal Lda., in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national legislation, solely for the purpose of processing the reactivation request and following up with the user. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy, available at rauva.com/pt/documentos-legais.
Applicable General Terms
By reactivating their account, the user accepts the Rauva Technology General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of reactivation, available at rauva.com/pt/documentos-legais, which govern all matters relating to the use of the platform, cancellation, termination and the rights and obligations of the parties. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.

Rauva has a partnership with Swan, which provides all payment services to Rauva's clients. Swan is authorized and supervised in France by the ACPR/Banque de France, operating in Portugal under the freedom to provide services as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and registered as an authorized entity under no. 7893 in the Bank of Portugal. Rauva does not provide payment services and does not take possession of customer funds. Clients' funds are protected in accordance with applicable legislation.
Rauva is a certified accounting firm but not a law firm. Therefore, Rauva does not provide legal services. Through its technological platform, Rauva facilitates its clients’ access to legal services provided by duly qualified and registered professionals in Portugal.
