We verify your identity to protect your account and comply with legal requirements. It takes 10 minutes and you'll need a valid, original ID document (passport, citizen card, or residence card). Make sure it's clearly photographed from both sides, with good lighting and no glare.
What information is mandatory for invoicing in Portugal?
Portuguese invoices must include key details from both parties (names, addresses, NIFs, contacts), invoice information (unique number, dates, payment terms, description of goods/services), and financial data (amounts, VAT rates, currency). Important: In Portugal, invoices must include an ATCUD (Autoridade Tributária) code, which can only be generated by certified invoicing software. Swan is authorized and supervised in France by the ACPR/Banque de France, operating in Portugal under the freedom to provide services as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and registered as an authorized entity under no. 7893 in the Bank of Portugal. Rauva does not provide payment services and does not take possession of customer funds. Clients' funds are protected in accordance with applicable legislation.
Rauva is a certified accounting firm but not a law firm. Therefore, Rauva does not provide legal services. Through its technological platform, Rauva facilitates its clients’ access to legal services provided by duly qualified and registered professionals in Portugal.
